If you have received an item that is damaged, missing parts or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. 

If your phone develops a manufacturing fault, through day to day normal use, you have a 2 year UK warranty and therefore the manufacturer will need to be contacted so they can replace or repair the phone for you. Please note you will need to provide the IMEI number of your phone and an invoice number for the purchase. This does not cover broken/smashed screens

 Returns Policy

“The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation/returns period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to us. Upon receiving the product, providing it is not damaged and in its original condition, we will refund you fully” (this includes all box contents) After this time returns CANNOT be accepted

We cannot accept returns for ANY headphones that have been opened (This is for hygiene reasons) - This does not refer to headphones included in the box with mobile phones as they must be returned along with the rest of the box contents in order to receive a full refund.
