When will I receive my order and how is it sent?

If you place your order before 4:00pm, it will be processed and dispatched the SAME D A Y! If you place your order after 4:00pm your order will then be dispatched the next day. All orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday morning. All orders are sent VIA UPS. For further information regarding shipping please click here.

Can you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do ship worldwide but only to selected countries. To check we can ship to your address please contact us on 01327 858918 or customerservice@efones.com

Will my new Smartphone work worldwide?

Different countries and networks use different technologies and frequencies, and your phone needs to be compatible with them to work…all our phones are UK spec but are compatible to work worldwide. We advise to check with your network the signal strength within the area you are travelling to. Many networks now offer data roaming abroad at cost effective rates. 

What network will my Smartphone work with?

All our smartphones come UNLOCKED so you can choose any sim card/ network provider of your choice.

Does my Smartphone come with a Sim Card?

No, all our Smartphones are SIM free and contract free, so you can use any sim card of your choice.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! If your order hasn’t been processed and dispatched you can simply cancel your order. If It has been dispatched you will need to return it to us, once we have received the parcel back with the product in its original condition we will issue you with a full refund.

What is your returns policy?

The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation/returns period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to us. Upon receiving the product, providing it is not damaged and in its original condition, we will refund you fully.

Returns out of the above timeline cannot be accepted.  If you wish to return your product due to a fault, this is the responsibility of the manufacturer whom you have a 2 year warranty period with. If you contact a member of our customer service team, we are happy to advise you the steps on how to do this.

Do you accept student discount?

Unfortunately not right now, but this is something we are looking into for the future. We do however have monthly discounts and competitions so be sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to stay updated!

Is my information kept private?

Yes! The information you share with ourselves, Klarna, UPS or on any aspect of the eFones.com is kept private, confidential and stored complying with Data Protection Policies. We will not sell your information on to any third parties.

Warranty?

If your phone develops a manufacturing fault, through day to day normal use, you have a 2 year UK warranty and therefore the manufacturer will need to be contacted so they can replace or repair the phone for you. Please note you will need to provide the IMEI number of your phone and an invoice number for the purchase. This does not cover broken/smashed screens
