Important information for our customers (Coronavirus Update)
If you have recently or are placing an order with eFones.com, we will aim to dispatch and have your order shipped to you within 3 working days. Unfortunately, due to the increase in orders for both ourselves and the delivery services, next day shipping is no longer available at this time.
As many of our eFones team are having to work from home as advised by the government, unfortunately we can no longer accept any incoming calls. If you have an enquiry or need assistance regarding your order, please either contact us on the Online Chat which should automatically pop up on the home page, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need immediate assistance we can also call you directly if you provide us with your contact number.
To ensure maximum safety for both our warehouse staff and our customers, all employees are wearing masks and protective gloves when processing your order to avoid any cross contamination. We have had no staff unwell with COVID-19 as of yet, and hope with the extra measurers we have put in place this will maintain and we can continue business as normal.
